Spring break 2006 was amazing.
I left Wed. night to fly home to Maryland for 24 hours to spend time with my rents, then flew out Friday morning with Tiffany to sunny, beautiful Florida. (mucho thanks to Benjuamin who pulled an all niter with me so we could catch our 7 a.m. flight).
arrived in beautiful South Beach at 10 a.m. and proceeded to hit the beach.
i'd go on, but pictures are worth 1000 words.

I've been having a rough time lately and before I left for SB, on Tuesday morning, I came home for a ten minute break and look what the FedEx man brought me =)

what happened here was that me and Tiffany were the first to arrive, and so we spent the day on the beach, then we came back, changed and ate dinner, missing the boys, who arrived a little bit later. we get back to the hotel after dinner/shopping and we see this in the bathroom. One of the boys had neatly hung up/folded our bathing suits. haha. SOOO cute.

MIDWEST SISTERHOOD CONFERENCE/ LPHIE INTERSTATE in CHITOWN.
I can't believe this was my LAST MSC. I have gone to 7 MSC/MSRs and I can't believe this is the last of it. It really hit me during banquet when I looked around and realized that I really don't know when the next time I'm going to see alot of these girls. So many memories.....

anyways, first of all, to the host chapter, UIC, you girls did a KICK ASS JOB. The hotel was AWESOME (Marriot in downtown Chicago) with the nicest beds EVER. Five course dinner with SOUP ( i love soup) and triad of desserts. Showcase was hilarious (uic's sex & the city skit, "the ass man", purdue's parental unit show, muffin!, haha bang bang! lol) Thanks for taking such good care of us the whole weekend! It was by far my most memorable/favorite MSC/MSR in my active hood. What a nice and memorable way to end my KDPhi activehood.

U of I KDPhis, it's hitting me that I'm going to be graduating soon. When I look back on my four years of college, it amazes me how much of it was made up of KDPhi. Pledging with my wonderful pledge sisters, status year (together for 9 days straight!, roadtripping like crazy in Cali), crazy purdue fever ( how many couples did we have at one time?), secret santas/valentines, playing w/ syands, strolls, practices, chapter meetings, rush, parties, sisterhoods, birthdays, ass hall, playing on the quad. I have witnessed each and every one of you actives pledge and cross, and I am amazed at how much you have grown and changed this sorority into the incredible organization it is today. All the laughter, the tears, the fights, the joy----and sharing this incredible sisterhood, I wouldn't have changed any of it.
